i'm home. my new appartment is way better than my old one. our bedroom is blue and we have a neat little ledge that goes around the living room for our ornaments and icons. the trip was exhausting and we're still not done unloading the truck so it's hardly over... there's unpacking to be done too... ack.

i'm in colorado now. it's been a rough ride fro the most part. we only drove for three hours on thursday, we hadn't slept and couldn't hardly keep our eyes open. friday we did 12 hours and hauled ass to warrenton missouri, then 14 hours of driving saturday got us to our halfway destination, littleton colorado. i got to go to the torrid store and wet myself, and now i can wash clothes and sleep in a room that doesn't cost 60$ a night. we should be at our destination on wednesday short of any major blunders. the following are things we did not stop to see on the road even though we wanted to, because we are responsible people with self restraint determined to make good time: an 8000lb prairie dog, a 5 legged cow, goodland, nostaligaville usa, countless flea markets and a whitecastle.
